Twin Cedars Cottages

Deposits:

$200 for each cottage rental for each week reserved required within 2(two) weeks of booking to secure your cottage & date of choice. Balance payable upon arrival. Visa, M/Card, cash and Interact are accepted. Deposits will be forfeited if cancellation with less than 30 days notice.

Cancellation:

With 6(six) weeks notice of cancellation, your deposit will be refunded, less a $50.00 administration fee. With less notice than 6(six) weeks, refunds will be based on our ability to re-book this accommodation less $100.00 administration fee.

 

Check-in / check-out times:

Weekly cottage rentals from 2:00 pm Saturday to 9:00 am Saturday. Weekends/Holiday weekends from 2:00 pm. Friday to 2:00 pm. Sunday/Monday.

 

Misc:

There are no refunds for late arrivals or early departures. 
No subletting of your accommodations are permitted.

Arrival Times: 

Without prior notification of late arrival, we reserve the right to re-book accommodation. Notification must be received no later than 6:00 pm for Friday arrivals and 1:00 pm for Saturday arrivals. No early arrivals except by special arrangement.

 

Office Hours:

Our reception office and store is open 8:00 am to 7:00 pm.

Reservations are accepted between the hours of 9:00 am and 9:00 pm daily.

 

Premium Marine (Ethanol Free):

Gasoline for our cottage guests fuel is at a reduced rate per litre.

 

Visitors:

Please limit your visitors.  Guests must notify us of any intended visitors.  All visitors must register at the store upon arrival.  A fee of $10.00/day per person.  Visitors must leave by 9:00 pm.  (Number to be approved by management, in advance). 

 

Pets:

We need to know prior to pets.

Pets are to be leashed and cleaned up after immediately.

$25 surcharge for each pet.

No WET pets in cottages.

Speed Limit:

5 mph/8km/hr.

 

Air Conditioners:

Not permitted except for those supplied by Twin Cedars.

 

Camp Fires:

Not permitted except in the "community" pit located near the waters edge.

​

Gasoline:

To be stored in boat or truck, not in or around cottages.

 

Guests:

Are responsible for the actions of their children, pets, visitors & any cottage or boat damage.

​

Alcoholic Beverages:

Are allowed only on your cottage site. This is the law in Ontario.

​

Quiet Time:

11:00 pm to 8:00 am. Thank-you in advance.

​

Fish Cleaning:

Must be done in area provided. Hut is located away from cottages and is screened. For fish refuse put in buckets in freezer provided.

​

Septic System:

Single ply toilet paper only. No foreign objects or kitchen grease.

​

Parking:

One vehicle per cottage. No RV's or tents without prior approval.

​

Liabilities:

Twin Cedars absolves itself from any liability, loss, injury or damage when using playground and water equipment.:
